On several occasions, DCTOHC patients have been hosted by Janet and Bob Sandstrom at their Red Fox Farm in Princeton, Ma. Their friend, Ann Nann, was always present for the kids’ visits and provided each child with a hand-made quilt.
In September 2015, Ann’s group, The Material Girls Quilt Club of Central Mass., presented DCTOHC with several dozen hand-made quilts designated for surgery patients at the December 2015 Shriners Outreach Clinic in Lviv, Ukraine.
The quilts were very much appreciated by the young patients and their families. Sincerest thanks to Ann and The Material Girls for their thoughtfulness and generosity.
