Dr.Oleksandr Dunaev, acute burn surgeon at Municipal Hospital #8,Burn Center, Lviv, Ukraine, arrived in Boston on January 10th for a 4-week stay. His visit was planned as part of a project aimed at improving burn care in Lviv. Dr. Dunaev spent all 4 weeks at Shriners Hospital Boston in the acute care unit. He had the opportunity to observe and study the organization of the Burn Center as well as study the different adjuncts of burn care.
