Gennadiy Fuzaylov, M.D.
President & CEO
Dr. Gennadiy Fuzaylov is a physician at Massachusetts General Hospital / Shriner’s Hospital / Harvard Medical School (MA).
Driven by his own background as a refugee from Uzbekistan, Dr. Fuzaylov has participated in over 70 global medical missions, providing surgical and reconstructive care to children in need of cleft lip and palate and burn care. As founder and president of the nonprofit organization Doctors Collaborating to Help Children, he has led outreach programs, particularly in Ukraine, where teams deliver advanced burn care, training and telemedicine support.
Dr. Fuzaylov’s humanitarian efforts have earned him prestigious honors, including Ukraine’s Presidential Silver Medal, Order of Merit (Second and Third Degrees), Order of St. Panteleimon, and the Guisi International Humanitarian Award.

Dr. Daniel N Driscoll is a plastic surgeon at Harvard Medical School / Massachusetts General Hospital / Shriner’s Hospital / Tufts Medical Center (MA). He has an academic interest in improving the care of severe burns and has participated in medical missions to the Dominican Republic and Ukraine.
